You can have the OneSite Service working for you in 3 simple steps:

1. Signup
  Contact Indura at info@indurasoft.com to signup for the OneSite Monitoring Service Beta program. Please provide your full name, company, email address and phone number along with your request.

An Indura representative will contact you within 24 hours to acknowledge your request and to determine the list of web servers that you want monitored. For each web server, you will need to provide the IP address, HTTP Server software type and version and the underlying Operating System.

For example: 192.10.10.20 Apache 2.0.47 HTTP Server on Linux
                    192.10.10.21IIS 6.0 on Windows 2003

Based on your environment Indura will provide you with an appropriate low-footprint, non-invasive and secure agent for each web server.
   
2. Activate
  During this phase Indura will enable the OneSite Service for your organization. Indura will also help your system administrator install the previously provided agent. Installing an agent is done only once during activation and takes no more than 20 minutes.



Once service is activated, it continuously monitors and records all transactions and sessions.
   
3. Use
  Multiple users from different groups within your company may login and use the OneSite Service. It provides much needed visibility to Marketing, Business, IT and help desk professionals. They can collaborate to identify and eliminate weaknesses, streamline processes and improve efficiencies within the ebusiness – resulting in improved customer satisfaction and growth in revenues and profits.

OneSite instantly detects various kinds of site errors and alerts appropriate staff via email. Users can configure the service to identify aberrant business conditions such as ‘out of stock’ or ‘product not found’ etc. as exceptions which get flagged.

OneSite Service provides your users with a real-time customizable dashboard and rich reports. Advanced filtering and search capabilities makes it easy for individual users to quickly get to the information that they are looking for.
