Premier Hosting Facilities
Indura servers are located in a tier-1 datacenter facility within the well-known InfoMart telecom hotel near downtown Dallas, Texas. Specializing in data center and hosting facilities, InfoMart is home to multiple data centers including MCI, Level 3, Equinix, Verio, Switch & Data and Verizon.

The building sits atop three redundant electrical grids from TXU delivering diverse power to each quadrant of the building. HVAC needs are supplied via five one hundred ton onsite water chillers to deliver N+1 cooling requirements. Home to over twelve switch sites and thirty-five different carriers, INFOMART houses technology and telecom related businesses in a complex communications ecosystem. Access is monitored using Proximity Security Badge Access and Digital Security Video Surveillance. The data center offers complete redundancy in power, HVAC, fire suppression, network connectivity, and security.

Dedicated Virtual Service
Indura provides a virtual slice of the OneSite Service dedicated to each client company. There is no sharing of monitoring services or data tables across clients. Each client’s collection point for monitored data and the database for persistence is distinct and separate from others. This ensures that there can be no cross-interference between different clients under any circumstances.

Secure Delivery
All communication between the OneSite agents at client site and Indura servers are secured via SSL. Users access the OneSite Service via HTTPS using SSL certificates authenticated by GeoTrust. Firewalls are setup to allow traffic from only valid client servers. Mechanisms are in place to guard against denial of service, viruses, spyware and other Internet threats.

Privacy Controls
OneSite supports controls at various levels, not only to restrict the kinds of customer data that get monitored and stored but also to ensure that only the right individuals in your company view relevant customer information based on their role and associated permissions. This enables you to configure the service to meet the requirements of your company’s privacy policy.

Unwanted or private data may be filtered at the agent and/or at the Service. You can configure the service to ignore transaction details, page content and/or certain transactions in their entirety. OneSite also enables management of user permissions via the creation and assignment of user roles. OneSite permissions can be used in different permutations to define roles as needed.

Frequent Backups
Your monitored data and configuration is automatically backed up in full once a week. This ensures that if required, Indura can restore your service to any particular day. Remote dedicated backup servers perform all backups.

Scalable Infrastructure
Indura hosting facilities are fully equipped to quickly scale up the hardware infrastructure as you grow your ebusiness. Additional hardware can be provisioned upon request, within 2-3 days. This ensures that the service will keep pace with your anticipated loads and satisfy your monitoring needs today, tomorrow and in the future.
