Enterprise Integration Services provides simple, flexible, and robust means for getting/sending data messages to/from the solution to internal or external systems and applications using various message formats. It also supports non-standard data sources such as text emails; flat files and spreadsheets attached to emails, as well as well-defined HTML pages.

eAnalytics Report Wizard enables business users to create/edit reports interactively using the in-built report wizard. Individual managers may use standard metrics or choose to define their own. Once defined, metrics are automatically tracked and available for reporting. A newly created report may be saved and run any number of times.
