Managers instantly obtain cycle time metrics like Order date to Delivery date, Time to complete Letter of Credit process, observe changing customer orders and its impact on revenue, and allocate constrained resources among your strategic customers.
eAnalytics Report Wizard enables business users to create/edit reports interactively using the in-built report wizard. Individual managers may use standard metrics or choose to define their own. Once defined, metrics are automatically tracked and available for reporting. A newly created report may be saved and run any number of times. Reports may be packaged and grouped in convenient user-defined groups and made available to specific user profiles.
