Indura eAnalytics is an integrated and pre-packaged On-Line Analytical Processing (OLAP) module for OneSite Enterprise. It provides powerful multi-dimensional analysis capabilities of your transactional data. With eAnalytics you can view data any way you want, simply using point and click – no programming or scripting required.

eAnalytics was developed in partnership with our customers. It automates the process of continuously aggregating information from the large volume of real-time transactions. It makes it easy to define and track key metrics for your site/business. You can report these metrics any way you want by creating customized reports and scorecards. Once created you may choose to share key reports with other individuals by role. eAnalytics supports report groups and privileges that ensure that all members of your organization can get the information they need in a fast, consistent, interactive and secure manner.

When used as an add-on to OneSite, it provides the means to analyze the performance of your web site, the quality of experience by customer segment, and the customer satisfaction with your portal, over various periods of time. eAnalytics enables you to define and track metrics such as activity level or customer retention and associate them with customers, transactions, functions or other aspects of your business activity. You can report these metrics by customer market segment, or company. Users from IT, support, marketing and their management can create their own reports and gain the insights they need.

eAnalytics may also be deployed as an add-on module to Indura Enterprise. In case of an Enterprise solution for Supply Chain Management, eAnalytics provides business users the ability to measure and analyze the performance of complex supply chain processes to ensure that each node in the value chain is operating optimally.
