| Easy to use
Indura eAnalytics makes it easy for you by providing numerous pre-defined cubes, categories and basic metrics to select from, thereby requiring no upfront setup or configuration. These cubes contain information on virtually all aspects of your online business. In addition, Indura offers custom cubes, if required, as a service to our customers. For OneSite the pre-defined categories include:
 |
Customer – OneSite supports a 5-level hierarchy of your customers, which is available to eAnalytics. This allows to report at any level of this hierarchy based on your need for detailed or aggregate information.
Business Function – eAnalytics supports your business functions as dimensions to your reports.
Exception – eAnalytics supports the same exception groups and types as OneSite. This includes Java errors, SQL errors, application exceptions, performance exceptions and HTTP errors
Time – this category allows you to view reports by time periods such as week, month, etc.

Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for your site/business
Metrics such as activity level, impacted sessions and close ratio are key indicators of business performance and when tracked can be invaluable in assessing and improving a company’s business. eAnalytics comes pre-packaged with numerous basic metrics that are native to the system. In addition, you may define your own metrics as a function of other metrics. All metrics are automatically tracked by eAnalytics and are available for display on any report you may create. As you analyze your business operations, you may unearth new measures for tracking and improving your business.
Create powerful reports and scorecards with point-and-click

Provide access to relevant reports by role
Indura eAnalytics supports individual permissions on specific reports and report groups. Reports are public, private or shared. Public reports can be viewed and/or copied by all. Private reports are for the sole use of its owner. Alternatively, you may share a report with a select group of people by granting them permissions to view, modify or copy your report. Indura eAnalytics is designed to be a single source of analytics for various groups within your organization. |
